Service Commitment

1. During the model-selection phase, the company welcomes customers to visit our facility for an on-site inspection. We will provide every possible convenience, along with comprehensive materials and expert technical support to address any of your inquiries.

2. Before shipping the product, the company will notify the user and provide a product quality assurance certificate along with the delivery note as stipulated in the contract.

3. Upon shipment, the company will use road or rail transport, with dedicated personnel accompanying the delivery until it is received by the customer. The supplier will ensure that the product remains undamaged throughout the transportation process.

4. When the product is shipped to the user, the company will send personnel to jointly participate in the acceptance process.

5. If cable quality issues caused by the company’s responsibility are discovered during on-site inspection and installation, the company guarantees to provide a response within 24 hours upon receiving notification. For cases requiring on-site assistance, the company will immediately dispatch personnel to deliver services promptly.

6. If the product quality issue is indeed caused by a manufacturing defect from the company, and the product becomes unusable as a result, the company will provide "guaranteed repair," "guaranteed exchange," and "guaranteed refund."

7. If there is a dispute over quality or if it proves difficult to determine, the product must be inspected by an authoritative institution. Should the inspection conclude that the product fails to meet standards, the company will assume full responsibility for all direct losses and expenses incurred as a result, including sampling fees, shipping costs, handling charges, and inspection fees.

8. Under normal working conditions and usage, the product comes with a one-year quality guarantee. Should any quality issues arise during the product's lifespan—provided they are indeed caused by manufacturing defects—the company will take full responsibility.
