　　 The progress of donation work is now publicized:
1. As of February 7, 2020, the Beijing Hebei Enterprise Chamber of Commerce has received a total of RMB 371,1200.
2. As of February 7, 2020, it has received donations from 104 companies or individuals, member companies and staff of the Chamber of Commerce.
3. The original plan for this donation was to donate epidemic prevention and control materials. However, due to the shortage of market materials, it is difficult to ensure the quality of existing channels and products, and considering the urgency of the epidemic, it was decided to make targeted donations to relevant medical institutions.
4. The donation is divided into two parts: the first part is donated RMB 2,000,000 to the Huanggang Central Hospital in Hubei Province through the Hubei Charity Federation; the second part is donated RMB to medical institutions in Hebei Province through the Red Cross of Hebei Province 1710,000 yuan, of which 570,000 yuan was donated to Baoding Infectious Disease Hospital; 570,000 yuan was donated to Chengde Third Hospital; and 570,000 yuan was donated to Zhangjiakou Infectious Disease Hospital.
After hard work, the staff has adjusted the number of actual donors separately to ensure that the kindness of each donor reaches all the donated hospitals.
5. A total of RMB 3710,000 was donated in this donation, with the remaining RMB 1,200. The reason why the remaining 1,200 yuan was not donated is as follows: the donation to Huanggang Central Hospital was completed first, and the remaining yuan was 1,71,1200 yuan. If the average donation is 570,400 yuan for each of the three hospitals in Hebei, taking into account the special problem of the Chinese character "4" 1200 yuan will no longer be donated, and 1200 yuan will be used for the next charity donation.
6. Because there is a daily transfer limit of 500,000 yuan in the enterprise account of the Hebei Enterprise Chamber of Commerce, despite the efforts of the staff, the bank that opened the account only went to work on the 12th of this month, so the donation work is donated every day, and 500,000 is donated every day Yuan until the donation of 3710,000 Yuan is completed.
The first donation was donated to Huanggang Central Hospital in the hardest hit area on February 7, 2020.
7. This donation was made through targeted donations by Hubei Charity Federation and Hebei Red Cross to facilitate joint supervision of the use of funds.
8. The donated funds are used for designated purposes, and are specifically used for coronavirus prevention, prevention and control, equipment procurement, item procurement, and rewards and subsidies for frontline medical personnel in the donated hospitals.
9. This donation did not pay any remuneration to the person in charge of the donation and the staff, and did not incur any other expenses.
