2. Before the product is shipped, the company will notify the user and provide the user with the product quality assurance sheet and the goods delivery note specified in the contract.

3. At the time of delivery, the company will use automobile or railway transportation, and send a special person to escort it until the user receives it, and the supplier will be responsible for the product without loss during transportation.

4. When the product is shipped to the user, the company will send someone to participate in the acceptance.

5. If quality problems caused by the company’s responsibility are found during the on-site inspection and installation, the company guarantees to reply within 24 hours after receiving the notice. If it is necessary to send someone to deal with it, the company will immediately send someone to the site service,

6. If the product quality problem is caused by the company's manufacturing, and the product cannot be used, the company is responsible for "repair", "replacement" and "return".

7. If there is a difference in quality or it is difficult to determine, it needs to be inspected by an authoritative organization, and if the inspection result is found to be unqualified, the company will bear all direct losses and expenses incurred, including sampling fees, transportation fees, loading and unloading fees and Inspection fees.

8. Under normal working environment and use conditions, the product quality guarantee period is one year, and the company will be responsible for all kinds of quality problems that occur during the service life of the product if it is indeed the cause of the manufacturing.
